As Chairman, he is responsible for the strategic direction and general management of the Group. Manson is the Chairman of Virtus Medical Group, one of the largest private surgical practices in Hong Kong. He also serves as Dean at the Faculty of Medicine and President of University Hospital, both at the Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST).
