As Chief Operating Officer of Avalon Steritech, Iris oversees the day-to-day business operations of the company. She aligns priorities and ensures that the organization, including its R&D, production, procurement and supply chain functions, has the necessary connectivity and coordination to accelerate innovation and growth across all markets.

Iris has more than 15 years of experience in advanced technology, materials and engineering sectors. Prior to joining Avalon in 2021, Iris served as Corporate Development Director at Lee Kee Group, a HK-listed non-ferrous metal corporation, where she was responsible for developing and executing new ventures and transformational initiatives. Before that, Iris held leadership positions at industry leaders such as Flextronics (Global 500), Johnson Electric, and Nano and Advanced Materials Institute, and has experience across a wide range of disciplines from strategic marketing and business development to technology assessments to modelling and analytics as well as platform development.

Iris holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong, an M.A. in Arts from the University of Chicago and an MBA from London Business School.
